Refund policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know if you want a refund or an exchange.
To make it as smooth as possible, you can register your return instantly. Choose the option that suits you best:

Use our quick form: Click the "Withdrawals & Claims" link in our website footer. No login required, just fill it out and hit confirm.

Go to your account: Log in to your orders page and choose the articles you'd like to exchange or get a refund for.

Email us: Drop us a line at merch@stigbergetsbryggeri.se and tell us your order number and the products you want to exchange or return.
Once you have submitted your request, wait for us to approve the request and then just simply ship the goods back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Item condition To be able to make a return, the product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it—meaning unworn and clean.
Damages and issues Please take a look at your order as soon as you receive it. Get in touch with us right away if something is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong items, so we can check it out and sort it out for you.
Refunds We'll get in touch as soon as your return has landed with us and we've checked that everything is in order. As long as everything looks good, your money will be automatically refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase, usually within 10 business days.
Just keep in mind that it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transfer too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your return and you still haven’t seen the money, get in touch with us at merch@stigbergetsbryggeri.se.
